Seminar on microarray data management using SilicoCyte

The seminar will discuss the problems of data management in microarray experiments and the means by which SilicoCyte addresses these issues. SilicoCyte combines data management, image analysis, data annotation, statistical analysis and visualization in an integrated way and allows allows the integration other software products, e.g. Imagene, Spotfire and more, into a comprehensive data management platform. Users will be able to use the functionalities of these products in addition to SilicoCyte features.

SilicoCyte at Biosquare 2004

SilicoCyte participated at the Biosquare 2004 meeting in Basel, Switzerland during March 10-12, 2004.

During one-on-one meetings with various biotech companies, SilicoCyte showcased the upcoming SilicoCyte platform for Genomics and Proteomics. Many prospective customers showed a keen interest in the platform and some of them will soon be involved in the beta testing of the product.

Microarray Workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

A presentation on SilicoCyte and hands-on training on microarray analysis was conducted by SilicoCyte representatives at a microarray workshop held between 8th and 10th of December, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The participants at the workshop were introduced to the integrated data management and analysis capabilities of SilicoCyte.

SilicoCyte's Malaysian distributor, BST-Asia, conducted the workshop in conjunction with Genomic Solutions.

"SDR exhibits SilicoCyte at Combio"

SDR Clinical Technology, the SilicoCyte distributor in Australia will showcase SilicoCyte at COMBIO 2003 at the Melbourne Convention Centre, Australia between 28th October to 31st October.

The Trade Exhibition will be open for the first 3 days of the conference (Monday through to Wednesday inclusive). The scientific sessions will continue on the Thursday. There are 92 companies and institutes participating at the fair.

"SilicoCyte participates at the Indo-US Genomics Workshop"

SilicoCyte demos and exhibition was held on the of 9th and 10th of September 2003 at the Indo-US Genomics Workshop, held at LeMeridian, Bangalore, India.

An initiative taken by the Dept. of Biotechnology, India, the forum provided a meeting ground to researchers from Universities and companies in India and the US. Poster presentations and inidividual presentations from Universities sharing their research competencies were the major items for the workshop.
