Data Annotation

SilicoCyte facilitates users to annotate Gene, Probe and Microarray information at every stage in the microarray experimentation process.

These annotations can be imported as text files or entered manually. Annotated gene, probe and microarray data is stored in a local database, which enables efficient data analysis.
