Requirement
An U.S. based global therapeutics company was using microarray analysis tools from a large genomics company. The vendor changed its business model and discontinued its services. CLIENT decided to migrate to other chips and required a microarray analysis solution compatible with different arrays, but similar in GUI & usability of the product that they were using earlier.
SilicoCyte® Solution
SilicoCyte® is the bioinformatics partner to the CLIENT. SilicoCyte® customized the existing SilicoCyte™ to read and analyze chips from multiple manufacturers. It includes high-end analysis and visualization features to suit specific requirements of the researchers. This product includes error models to improve the performance of the chips with specific scanners. It includes high-end analysis and visualization features to suit specific requirements of the researchers. This product includes error models to improve the performance of the chips with specific scanners.

SilicoCyte™ solution also provided linkages to existing databases of Incyte used by the client to facilitate annotation and analysis functions. The product's database is integrated with the legacy database to prevent loss of data. The product provides support for any ODBC database management system.

Engagement
SilicoCyte® conducted comprehensive requirement study and analysis and proposed a solution for the client. SilicoCyte® provided the product, related documentation, installation, deployment, transition support, training and ongoing support to the client.

CLIENT required a comprehensive microarray analysis solution to be provided to their clients. This solution needed compatibility with the client's microarray chips as well as other popular chips in the Japanese market.

SilicoCyte® Solution
SilicoCyte® is the bioinformatics partner of the CLIENT. SilicoCyte® customized the existing SilicoCyte to suit the requirements of this CLIENT. This product is compatible with the CLIENT's as well as other popular microarray chips. It includes high-end analysis and visualization features to suit specific requirements of the researchers. This product also provided linkages to Japan based leading genomic databases for augmenting annotation and analysis functions. The product facilitates automatic updates of the latest genomic data from this data provider. Customized SilcoCyte™ would also be available in Japanese in the next release of the product.
